Chairman Dr. G V Sampath

Dr. G V Sampath holds a master’s degree in Commerce and doctorate in International Business. He was a trustee of the Vellore Institute of Technology and former Vice President of the VIT University. He was the main driving force behind its enormous expansion. His futuristic thinking, wide range of contacts in and outside the State and Central Governments and a deep commitment to the cause, led to the scaling up of the student strength ten fold, in just over a decade. He was jointly involved in securing international tie-ups for the VIT University, with the best Universities and organizations the world over. History repeats itself in Naruvi. He is responsible for the technical and operational tie-up between Henry Ford Health Systems in Detroit, Michigan, US and the Naruvi Group of Hospitals, the maiden voyage for Henry Ford Health Systems in India, and a unique model for our country.

He is also the Managing trustee of SANCO Foundation, a Public Charitable Trust, besides being the Chairman and Managing Director of M/S Pearl Human Care Private Limited and M/S Gold Land Ventures Private Limited. He is also the Managing Partner of M/S Pearl Infra Works LLP and M/S Onyx Trading, which are into cement and steel trading.

He has vast experience in exports and administration, as Managing Director of a 100% export oriented granite unit some years ago. He held the position of Vice President of the Indian Monument and Manufacturers Association as well.

Vice-Chairperson Mrs. Anitha Sampath

Combining tradition and modernity with elan and sophistication, Mrs. Anitha Sampath, currently Vice-Chairperson of 'Naruvi Hospitals'. Belonging to a distinguished family of entrepreneurs and institutional innovators in Vellore, Mrs. Anitha Sampath, wife of Dr. G.V. Sampath, Founder-Chairman of 'Naruvi Hospitals', has brought to her new role a whiff of fresh air to a top-class, niche health facility that treats thousands of new patients in a variety of medical disciplines, blending quality with affordability.

A professional touch, deep commitment to the value of human life, empathy and an entrepreneurial drive are the hallmarks of any good hospital administrator and she has effortlessly glided into this role at 'Naruvi Hospitals', uniquely complementing the Chairman's role.

The promise in her was seen even in her student days. Completing her graduation and post-graduation in Chemistry from the prestigious Bharathidasan University, she moved up step by step and now oversees all operational activities and academics at 'Naruvi Hospitals'.

She has been an excellent student in the academic field she had chosen at the University level, and a gold medalist in the undergraduate programme. Business is largely learning by doing. She first joined as a partner in 'Ever Bright Granites', a company in the business of manufacture and export of granite slabs and monuments to foreign countries.

Having learnt the bolts and nuts of an export business in a demanding field, she then set up a Proprietorship concern, M/s Pearl Distributors, engaged in sale of cement and related business.

A Trustee of the 'SANCO' Foundation, a Public Charitable Trust, she in the course of time took on more business responsibilities as Director in M/s Pearl Human Care Private Limited and M/s Gold Land Ventures Private Limited.

She is also a partner in M/s Pearl Infra Works LLP, M/s Natio Healthcare LLP, M/s Santech Software Solutions LLP, besides in M/s Onyx Trading and M/s Onyx Distributors, an entity which deals in both Cement and Steel.

Executive Director Dr. Paul Henry

Dr. Paul Henry, a graduate and post-graduate in Neurosurgery from the esteemed Christian Medical College, Vellore, was active in intensive teaching and surgical assignments in India and overseas.

He has had a very successful career as a Neurosurgeon for the past two decades spanning across countries like Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh etc., apart from serving as a Neurosurgeon in reputed Indian hospitals like CMCH Vellore, and as a Senior Consultant in Apollo and MIOT Hospitals.

His commitment to the cause of setting up a premier super-speciality hospital, boasting the highest levels of excellence, has prompted him to take up this current assignment as full time Executive Director of Naruvi.

Advisory Board

Mr. K Krishnan, our Chief Advisor, is a Chartered Accountant by profession, with over 35 years spent in large corporates like the Murugappa Group, RPG Group and Airtel. He is a seasoned team leader, who proved his mettle, setting up large green field ventures, building new organisations and successfully running large operations. He was joint president of Airtel, when he retired, to set up his own organisation.

Padma Bhushan Dr. K I Varaprasad Reddy is renowned all over the country as an eminent entrepreneur, and has carved a niche for himself in the areas of research and industry. He founded Shantha Biotechnics, the first company to develop, manufacture and market recombinant human healthcare products in India.

Mr. Ravindra Sanna Reddy is the Founder and Managing Director of Sri City - the largest integrated business city in South India. It is home to over 108 globally known units from nearly 26 countries. Companies like Isuzu, Cadbury, PepsiCo, Alstom, Colgate Palmolive, Danieli, Kellogg’s, Kobelco and many others adorn the Sri City premises.

Mr. CK Ranganathan is the founder and Managing Director of M/S CavinKare Pvt. Ltd. The Company manufactures and markets numerous products under brands such as Chik, Spinz, Fairever, Meera, Nyle, Raaga Professional, Karthika, Indica, Ruchi,Chinnis, Maa, Garden, Cavins etc., both for domestic and international markets.

Mr. Abid Junaid is the MD of The Radiant Star Group, Dubai, a newly established conglomerate, comprising of Real Estate, Construction and Facility Management verticals, with branches across the UAE and India. The company is involved in developing real estate in prime areas of Dubai totalling over one million square foot. In addition, they have several projects in the pipeline too.

Dr. Yoshiyuki Uchida is a researcher and physician specialized in pulmonology and allergic disorders. He has had a long research career in various major facilities including Johns HopkinsUniversity, Wayne State University and Tsukuba University. He is well regarded globally. His medical expertise encompasses medical care management in university hospitals and private clinics in Japan.

Mr. Ganesh Radhakrishnan is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Wharfedale Technologies Inc. USA. A technology serial entrepreneur, US Patents owner and angel investor, Ganesh focuses on ventures applying machine learning at scale, cognitive computing and emerging artificial intelligence with ERP Software. In addition, he is the technology advisor for World Bank, Rolls Royce and Upside Magazine's Top 100 most influential people in Information Technology. His core specialty includes Startups, Entrepreneurship, Technology & Infrastructure, Business Processes, Leadership, Team Building, Strategic Planning and Vision.
